Cooperation analysis enhances cooperation and information flow
Wish to enhance cooperation between project parties, monitor the information flow between departments, and provide a channel for constructive problem-solving?
Smooth cooperation between various stakeholders is the key to a project’s success. Large projects generally have several parties, whose opinions and views ought to be considered. Cooperation and communication need to be seamless, for the project to achieve optimal success.
The Inclus cooperation analysis enables you to map the potential challenges of cooperation or the bottlenecks for information flow between the parties. The involvement of the participants through inquiries and workshops, helps bring out the challenging issues more efficiently.
With the data provided by Inclus, the internal stakeholders’ views on the success of the project become visible, both during and after the project.
Case example: Skanska

The first joint project was the Valtari alliance, after which was the Ahvenisto hospital project Assi, and the latest cooperation has been the OYS2030 Future hospital project of Oulu University Hospital.
